I am Patryk Szymański – Senior UX/Product designer, based in Kraków, Poland, available worldwide.
For the past 5 years, I have been gaining experience in both small companies and large corporations.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to be a part of a product team, lead and build a UX team,
and work as a freelancer.
My work process is built on close collaboration with product teams, including managers, business and
product owners, developers, researchers, and analysts.
Currently, I am designing fintech solutions for the banking sector at Backbase. My expertise
also covers B2B, SaaS, and e-learning industries.
I was a part of a team building the e-commerce platforms for CCC Group, the largest shoe retailer in CEE, and
led a Design Team in DataFeedWatch, a SaaS
company focused on marketing solutions.
With a master's degree in psychology, I have a solid background in cognitive science and human-computer interaction. I remain
involved in the academic community as a lecturer in the Interaction Design Lab at the
Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow.
